Interesting look behind the curtains of a Netflix shipping center in Hartford. The “where the magic happens” looks pretty miserable, but the “how the magic happens” is impressive.  As a long-time Netflix customer I have to say that I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the service, especially — despite? — never having to deal with a Netflix representative.
